Breakups can be an isolating, lonely time. A coaching session will give you the space to explore (and release) bottled-up feelings, allowing you to refocus your energy and begin to heal.
Together, we'll develop a better understand around the obstacles and limiting beliefs that are holding you back and get clear on how you can start to overcome them.
You'll learn strategies to let go of negative feelings and start looking at your breakup as an opportunity to grow into a stronger, happier person.
Coaching is about taking action and moving forward. Once we discover EXACTLY what you want, you and I will develop a plan to make sure you get on the right track to achieving your goals.
My style of coaching is challenging and to the point. I don't sugarcoat anything but I will always treat you with kindness and respect. I'll encourage you to overcome your fears and get out of your comfort zone...because that's where life gets awesome!

Eric is warm, welcoming, friendly and compassionate but he also knows how to challenge people. He encouraged me to look at things from a different perspective and step out of my comfort zone in order to start rebuilding my confidence and self-esteem. There is no doubt that I am forever indebted to Eric; in one of my darkest hours and life's difficult moments, Eric stood by my side and shone a light which helped guide me and provide me with the necessary tools to make me more enlightened, stronger and brave enough to start taking the necessary risks towards the peaceful tomorrow I am striving to achieve.
I had a one-on-one coaching session with Eric via Skype. I found him easy to talk to, down to earth, and to the point. After splitting up from a toxic and overly controlling relationship, I didn't think I was ever going to get my mojo back and struggled to see life as a "singleton." Eric helped me realize that I have a whole lot of living to do. He simplified things for me which helped me to spring back into action and in turn has helped me to start finding my mojo again. Thanks, Eric. Keep doing what you do. At one of the saddest times of my life you helped me pick my head back up again.
Discovering Eric's blog at a time when I was feeling heartbroken, lost and indecisive with what direction to next go down felt like a breath of fresh air. I remember reading his article, 5 Things You Need to Tell Yourself After a Painful Breakup on Tiny Buddha, and instinctively felt the need to reach out to him. In doing so I ended up having a one-hour chat with Eric which felt like talking to an old friend. He listened to everything I had to say and asked questions which made me tap into areas of myself I felt I was trying to hide and squash down, ignore in some way. He inspired me to listen to myself more and not focus on the "shoulds" which I have been trying to do since. It's easy to stumble here and there but his words did stay with me and at times where I do feel myself going away from my true wants and desires I remind myself to listen to myself more and push through the fear, because it is in doing so where our true potential lies. Thanks for teaching me that.
